Account & Sign-In

How do I sign in?

Realm uses a passwordless sign-in. Enter your mobile phone number and we'll send you a one-time verification code by SMS. Enter the code in the app to access your account.

How do I delete my account?

You can do it yourself in about a minute: open Realm, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You have to be signed in to confirm it — sign-in only needs your phone number and the code we text you. See Delete Account for step-by-step instructions with screenshots for iPhone and Android.

Please don't email us to request deletion unless you've genuinely lost access to your phone number — we can't find an account from an email address alone, so we'd only have to write back and ask for the number.

Where does the content come from?

All content in Realm — articles, videos, summaries, and chat responses — is generated by artificial intelligence. It is intended for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

I saw something inaccurate or inappropriate. What should I do?

How do I turn off push notifications?

You can manage notification permissions in your device's Settings app under Notifications → Realm.
